I finished a painting I started this way back last summer and just worked on it when I could. It is a commissioned painting of a portrait of a house. It's 16 x 20" acrylic and oil on canvas. It's at the owners home now.

Time is getting away so quickly. I never dreamed it has been so long since I last posted here. December...even before Christmas.
Nothing is new. One day runs into the next. Scooby has grown up and left me in the dust. She has such a good time with her marching band and I'm so happy for her.....just a little sad for me. Care Bear still likes to hang with me and when she does New Baby does too.
I have joined a lot of painting groups on Facebook. Guess if I can't have painting friends in real life, there will be virtual painting friends. It just dawned on me..... all my friends are virtual now.
I'm still painting a house portrait... I only need to put a few pounces with the brush to outline some trees and it'll be finished.
